I’m Zenab, Founder and Lead Therapist at NURA Counselling & Psychotherapy. I’m an integrative, trauma-informed therapist supporting adults and young people through anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship and attachment difficulties, grief, self-esteem and significant life changes. My approach is warm, collaborative and culturally sensitive, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences without judgement and at a pace that feels right for them. I understand the importance of recognising culture, identity and faith within therapy, and where meaningful to the client, these can form part of our therapeutic conversations. Through NURA, my aim is to make professional mental health support more accessible and inclusive, particularly for individuals who may previously have felt misunderstood or unable to see themselves reflected within traditional therapy services.
