Psychotherapist & CBT Therapist
BACP-registered psychotherapist and CBT therapist offering online therapy across the UK. Islamically sensitive practice. English, Urdu and Punjabi.
I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist offering a therapeutic space that is both clinically sound and deeply respectful of your Islamic faith. I understand that seeking help takes courage, and I am here to walk with you toward healing without judgment.
My approach is integrative, drawing primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you identify and change unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns, complemented by Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which focuses on the connection between mind, language and behaviour.
I have a particular interest in anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and cultural or religious identity conflicts. As a Muslim therapist, I believe seeking therapy is an act of self-care and a proactive step toward peace.
How I work
