I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor offering support to individuals and couples through my private practice. I use an integrative, person-centred approach that includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, tailoring support to each client's needs.

I work with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress and emotional wellbeing, providing a warm, non-judgemental space to talk through life's challenges. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood and supported as you explore your thoughts, emotions and relationships, and begin to move towards greater clarity, balance and emotional wellbeing.
