I am an experienced psychology professional with over eight years of experience working within the NHS, supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological, emotional and behavioural difficulties. My academic background includes postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Associate Psychology and Psychological Therapies, alongside doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology. I have undertaken specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and systemic approaches. I have also completed specialist training in Islamic Psychology, enabling me to integrate evidence-based psychological approaches with Islamic principles, values and spirituality. I am passionate about providing a compassionate, culturally sensitive and non-judgemental space where individuals feel heard, understood and empowered. My areas of interest include emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, domestic abuse, personal development and faith-related psychological concerns.
