You may be someone who has spent years trying to reconcile your faith with same-sex attraction, sexual thoughts or behaviours, relationships, or questions about the life you want to build. Perhaps you have kept parts of yourself hidden, worried that a therapist will not understand your faith—or that someone who understands your faith will judge what you are experiencing. This is the space I aim to offer. I work particularly with Muslims navigating sexuality, faith and identity, including pornography or compulsive sexual behaviour, intrusive thoughts and OCD, limerence, shame, low self-worth, anxiety and relationship issues.
Prior to registering as a BACP-registered counsellor, I spent 6 years supporting over 300 clients through coaching. I have also led group sessions for men and for parents navigating sexuality, faith and family challenges.
