BACP-accredited integrative psychotherapist and trauma specialist with over 20 years' experience. EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Online sessions worldwide.

Information

I am an accredited integrative psychotherapist and trauma specialist, practising since 2004 and working with clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US.

My aim is to promote emotional and psychological wellbeing in every person I see. Psychotherapy has a profound impact in resolving internal and external conflicts, and in rebuilding a healthy relationship first with ourselves and then with others. I work with trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression and addiction, with a particular focus on adverse childhood experiences, abusive and narcissistic relationships, and faulty core beliefs.

My faith is important to me and I would love to work with more Muslim clients. I am culturally aware and work with people from all backgrounds.

How I work

  • Integrative psychotherapy with a humanistic approach
  • EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for trauma
  • Available Monday to Thursday, mornings, afternoons and evenings

Currently taking online clients via Zoom only.
